RDL S.A. CODE OF ETHICS

RDL S.A. regulates issues related to counteracting discrimination and mobbing in its Work Regulations, thus providing a basis for further action in this area. The ‘RDL S.A. Code of Ethics’ was developed and then implemented as a tool to support and shape the following within the company: desirable attitudes, behaviours, building an organisational culture, work culture and principles of cooperation based on the principles of social coexistence, legal provisions, internal regulations and shared values.

As a market leader in Elektro-Tech and piping systems, RDL feels obliged to promote ethics and wishes to join the world's leaders in terms of corporate responsibility, respect for human rights and environmental protection.

The responsibility for achieving this goal rests with all RDL employees.

The Code of Ethics has been approved by the Management Board of RDL S.A. and provides employees with a model of conduct in relation to colleagues, superiors, customers, partners and local communities, both in business and non-business relationships.
