    Recruitment process from A to Z

    We want RDL S.A. to be perceived as an employer that is friendly and open to employees' needs. The recruitment process is a key moment to get to know each other and see how much we can achieve together. We promote good practices and create recruitment standards, focusing on positive candidate experiences.
    • Send us your CV, use the form under each of the advertisements. Remember to include the required documents and clauses allowing us to continue the process, which are described at the end of each advertisement.

    • The next step is the verification of the CV's compliance with the requirements contained in the advertisement. We reserve the right to contact only selected candidates who have passed to the next stage of recruitment.

    • During a preliminary telephone interview, we confirm skills and professional experience history. Our experts invite selected candidates for a follow-up interview with the future supervisor. Whenever possible, we meet in person, but a video conference format is also acceptable.

    • Congratulations! To the selected ones from among many candidates, we submit an offer and settle the details while waiting for a decision. If you decide to join the team, OHS training, product training, and so-called "onboarding" with representatives of all areas of the company's activity await you.
