Consistently high quality for over 50 years

• The Beginning – from a passion for technology

  RADPOL's roots go back to the 1970s when a team was formed within the KABLOSPRZĘT Experimental Enterprise in Człuchów, believing that Polish technology could compete with the best. In 1983, the first electron accelerator was launched – a device that initiated the production of radiation cross-linked heat-shrinking products. It was then that the specialization defining the RADPOL brand to this day was born

• Years of development and investment

  In the 2000s, the company transformed into a joint - stock company and began intensive technological development. In 2007, RADPOL debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and a year later, a second accelerator with an energy of 4.5 MeV was launched – one of the most modern devices of its kind in Europe. Thanks to this, the company strengthened its position as a leader in radiation cross - linking and heat - shrinkable technologies.

• Consolidation and a new direction

  After years of group development, RADPOL underwent restructuring – some former companies were phased out or spun off. In 2024, a new unit, Radpol Pipes Sp. z o.o., focused on pipe systems, was established. Today, RADPOL's activity is concentrated within RDL – Radpol Crosslinking Solutions, covering two strategic segments: Electro & Tech and District Heating.

  RDL S.A. is a Polish company with a European reach and over 40 years of experience. We combine engineering tradition with the technology of tomorrow, creating reliable solutions for energy, industry, and district heating networks. Under the RDL Crosslinking Solutions brand, we continue what started it all – a passion for quality, innovation, and solid Polish technical craftsmanship.
